Back then in the village any time I saw this Leaf plant,I use to asked my self what kind of leaf is this?… One day I summoned courage and ask my grand pa; Papa what kind of leaf is this?…He laugh and said this is ede ndi muo( meaning spirit cocoyam)…since then I have always have it in mind we have spirit leaf and he also mentioned no body should eat from this plant because it is poisonous…..
