The history about “QUEEN OF SHEBA” popularly Known as “Bilikisu-sugbon”

I embarked on a journey from Lagos to ijebu-ode to see where Queen Of Sheba was buried(BILIKISU-SUGBON grave).

When I got to Ijebu-Ode, I asked for directions from a good samaritan who drove me there using his tricycle. Finally I got to my destination.

Getting to my destination, I was directed to the chief imam of the community who later took me to where Queen Of Sheba was buried.

According to imam he said, Bilikisu is one of the wife to king Solomon in bible, she is a woman extremely blessed, she involve in mud pot making, She also have maid that work with her and also she has something that solomon her husband didn’t have which is a special Iron braze chair.

Accordingly to the old man he said before the government reconstruct the grave there was this cobwebs covering the grave spot like a tent where no trash could fall on the surface of her grave

I was told that before Queen Sheba AKA Bilikisu Sugbon died, she told the community not to allow any female see her burial ground because when she needed help from women when she was alive, females/women turned their backs against her. I was also told that if any woman steps her foot inside the graveyard, that woman might not see her period again or something else might happen to her. I don’t know how true this story is.
